Last Friday, I joined the PUBLIQuartet at the Metropolitan Museum of Art to give the world premiere of Andy Akiho’s LIgNEouS Suite for marimba and string quartet. This is a project that I’ve been working on with Andy for 7 years, and it was really amazing to finally experience the entire piece.
