The incredible performing arts ensemble HOWL returns to Lyric Hall in New Haven for Poetry and Dream, a theatrical program of music and poetry featuring music by Kirsten, Saariaho, and Rzewski and poetry by Mariko Nagai.
This event also includes a presentation of Quixote-in-progress, music and text by Amy Beth Kirsten performed by Sandbox Percussion and HOWL. Quixote is an evening-length piece by Amy for HOWL and Sandbox that will premiere in 2017 – but you can hear the beginnings of it now!
